Shipping, Orders & Returns
Because orders are packed and prepared quickly to maintain our shipping timeline, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations once processing begins. Please review your selections carefully before checking out.
Because our products are artisanal, made in limited batches, and designed to be one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In line with our commitment to product integrity, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all bath and body products are final sale. Returns cannot be accepted once products have left our studio. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll gladly make it right.
If you think you have indicated an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, there is nothing we can do to assist with any address corrections.
Please note that processing times are separate from transit times once your package has been transferred to the carrier. Our processing times are 3–5 business days and transit times are dependent on the package's final destination. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery is out of our hands. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, we recommend checking your tracking number and contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you added Route Package Protection at checkout, you can file a claim at claims.route.com for a quick resolution.

Yes—our soaps are thoughtfully formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We use clean, premium fragrance oils, lab-grade mineral-based micas for color, and biodegradable glitters that rinse clean. Each bar is made with gentle, skin-loving ingredients and tested for performance, comfort, and rinse-off feel.
Absolutely. Every product we make is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and made with responsibly sourced (RSPO-certified) palm oil. Always ethical, never tested on animals.
We know some of our designs may be especially eye-catching to little ones—and while they’re made with gentle ingredients, our soaps are scented and intended for external use only. Yes, our soaps are safe for children, but we recommend testing a small area first. Our body creams are more concentrated and should be used at your discretion. For infants, toddlers, or highly sensitive skin, always consult with a pediatrician or dermatologist.
Not at all. Our cold-processed bars are formulated with nourishing plant-based oils, and skin-loving additives like colloidal oatmeal and coconut milk. Every bar is made to cleanse gently while leaving skin feeling soft, not stripped.
Never. Our soaps are handcrafted from start to finish in small batches, which means we control every ingredient in the recipe. They’re free from harsh surfactants, SLS, and synthetic detergents. We keep it clean—always.
No parabens, no phthalates, no compromises. Every ingredient we use is carefully chosen for both safety and performance.
Allow your soap to dry fully between uses by placing it on a well-draining soap dish. Keeping it away from direct streams of water helps preserve its shape and extend its life. Packaged bars will continue to harden over time, which only improves their longevity once you’re ready to use them.
While our soaps are made with gentle ingredients, they are primarily designed for the body. For facial use, we recommend testing a small area first and avoiding any bars with exfoliants or shimmer.
While we don’t make medical claims, many of our customers with dry or sensitive skin find our oatmeal- and aloe-based formulas comforting. Always consult your dermatologist for specific concerns.
