Order Processing

At Bathe Pretty, we want your products to arrive as beautifully as they leave our studio. Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 3–5 business days (excluding holidays) after your purchase.

Shipping Information

Carriers:
We ship all orders via USPS and UPS. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number at the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy:
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Bathe Pretty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to assist before the order is shipped.

Responsibility After Dispatch:
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Bathe Pretty is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. We take great care to package your order securely to ensure it leaves our hands in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat rate shipping throughout the United States for $9.99 per order. Your shipping rate remains the same whether you purchase one item or several. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, here's how to proceed:

• If you purchased Route Protection: Contact Route directly to process your claim at https://claims.route.com.
• For USPS shipments: File a claim here.
• For UPS shipments: File a claim here.

We recommend filing claims promptly to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Shipping Protection With Route

For your peace of mind, we offer optional Route Package Protection at checkout. This service provides insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, ensuring hassle-free resolution in the event of an issue.

How It Works:

• If you select Route Protection at checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions for filing a claim if needed.
• Claims for lost or stolen packages can be filed directly through Route, allowing for quick and seamless assistance.

Opting Out of Route Protection:

If you choose to opt out of Route Protection, Bathe Pretty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are handed over to the carrier. Without Route, delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for mishandled shipments.

We strongly recommend adding Route Protection to your order to ensure your purchase is safeguarded.

Expedited Shipping

Selecting expedited shipping affects only the transit time after your order is processed (3–5 business days). Processing times remain the same for all orders, regardless of shipping method.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may take longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
