Shipping Information

We ship all orders via USPS and UPS. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number at the email address provided at checkout.

Bathe Pretty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to assist before the order is shipped.

For your peace of mind, we offer optional Route Package Protection at checkout. This service provides insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, ensuring hassle-free resolution in the event of an issue.

How It Works:

If you select Route Protection at checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions for filing a claim if needed.

Claims for lost or stolen packages can be filed directly through Route, allowing for quick and seamless assistance.

Opting Out of Route Protection:

If you choose to opt out of Route Protection, Bathe Pretty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are handed over to the carrier.

Without Route, delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for mishandled shipments.

We strongly recommend adding Route Protection to your order to ensure your purchase is safeguarded.

Expedited Shipping

Selecting expedited shipping affects only the transit time after your order is processed (3–5 business days). Processing times remain the same for all orders, regardless of shipping method.
